Day5 : Nastik to Astik: ENLIGHTENMENT
Day5 : Nastik to Astik: ENLIGHTENMENT
Enlightenment ka udaharan-
Hum kai baar koshish karte hain kisi vastu ko yaad karne ki, lekin yaad nahi aati. Wahi vastu jab hum yaad nahi karte aur achanak hume smaran hota hai, tab wo yaad aati hai.
Brahmand ko samajhne ke liye hume chetna ko samajhna hoga. Us seema tak hum ghehre dhyaan (deep meditation) ke madhyam se pahunch sakte hain jaise Buddha pahunch gaye the.
Dharmon me kaha gaya hai ki hum swayam Shiv hain, swayam Buddha hain, parantu hum ise bhool gaye hain. Achanak pragya (sudden enlightenment) se hume is satya ka bodh hoga, lekin iske liye mastishk ko taiyaar karna hoga. Jab hum bahari sansaar ke prapancha me nahi uljhte, tab pragya (enlightenment) achanak ho sakti hai aur hamara mastishk taiyaar rahega.
Is prakar hume satya ka anubhav (realisation) hoga.

Enlightenment

Enlightenment

An example of enlightenment:
We often try to recall something specific, putting all our effort into remembering it, but the harder we try, the more elusive it seems. However, the same thing comes to us clearly when we are not actively trying to remember it—suddenly it flashes in our mind with complete clarity. This experience points toward a deeper truth hidden within us, which reveals itself unexpectedly.
To understand the universe, we must first comprehend consciousness. Consciousness is the fundamental force that drives all creation, and without understanding it, reaching the mysteries of the universe is impossible. We can dive into the depths of this consciousness only when we embark on an inner journey through meditation. Just as Buddha attained the ultimate truth through deep meditation, we too can reach that unique state of consciousness, where all knowledge naturally unfolds before us.
The sacred texts teach us that we are inherently divine—we are, by nature, Shiva; we are Buddha. This means that the divinity, knowledge, and power we seek are already present within us. However, due to the distractions, illusions, and materialism of the world, we have forgotten this truth. It seems as if we need to find this knowledge externally, but in reality, it is hidden deep within us. **Sudden enlightenment** refers to the moment when this truth awakens within us. However, this can only happen when the mind is prepared for it.
Preparing the mind for this state is simple: we must avoid getting entangled in the trivialities of the external world. When we truly understand the futility and impermanence of worldly attachments, a natural sense of detachment arises within us. With this detachment, when we turn inward and go deeper into meditation, our mind gradually becomes ready to grasp the truth. Then, there comes a moment when this truth reveals itself suddenly and clearly, a truth we had been seeking for a long time.
This awakening of enlightenment leads to the **realization of the truth**. This realization is not external knowledge; it is the deepest truth of our existence, which shows us that we are, in essence, Shiva, we are Buddha. When this realization occurs, we experience complete peace and bliss within.
